Amir started Nuo Line after years of working alongside Canadian small and mid-sized businesses — learning, up close, what separates the companies that make it to the next chapter from the ones that stall out.
The answer, almost always, is the boring stuff: clarity, cadence, and honest numbers. Nuo Line is that conviction made into a practice — small, private, and built around long relationships.

How we work
Why Nuo Line exists
Most consulting is built for scale: big teams, tall decks, and a fixed set of answers that get dusted off for every client.
We wanted to do something smaller. A practice where you know the person you're working with, where the advice is shaped to the business instead of the other way around, and where the relationship outlasts any single engagement.
In short: the kind of help we'd want, if it were our business on the line.
What we believe
A short list of quiet convictions.
- Client first, always.
- We only take on the work we think we can do well. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so and point you somewhere better.
- Plain over clever.
- No frameworks for their own sake. No buzzwords. If we can't explain a recommendation in a sentence, we probably don't understand it yet.
- Stay small on purpose.
- We work with a handful of clients at a time. It's the only way to actually know a business well enough to help it.
- Long horizon.
- We'd rather help you build something durable than impress you with a fast answer. Good work compounds.
